On 7/11/12 at 0230 hours, Zone Six officers responded to the 2600 Block of Amman Street for 2 suspicious males lurking around a house. A witness stated that he observed the 2 males walk into his yard and begin looking through his windows. Officers searched the area and located 2 male juveniles sitting on a handicap ramp of a church on Pioneer Avenue. A witness was brought to the scene and identified the males as the ones who were prowling around the houses. The victim didn’t want to pursue charges of loitering and prowling at nighttime. The juveniles (W/M 14 from Mt. Washington and B/M 13 from Beltzhoover) where subsequently cited for Simple Trespass and Disorderly Conduct and transported to their homes and released to their parents.
